PoseHaven Studio

A Space for Transformation

Founded in 2018, PoseHaven began as a small community space dedicated to making mindful movement accessible to everyone. Our founder, Emma Clarke, envisioned a sanctuary where people could reconnect with their bodies and find peace in movement.

What sets PoseHaven apart is our approach to practice. We believe in meeting you where you are, honoring your unique journey, and providing the support you need to grow. Our instructors bring decades of combined experience across various disciplines, from traditional yoga lineages to contemporary movement sciences.

Today, PoseHaven has blossomed into a vibrant community hub where people from all walks of life come together to breathe, move, and find balance. Whether you're a complete beginner or an experienced practitioner, our doors are open to you.
